By using the services provided by Pebble, including but not limited to access to our AI-powered assistance platform leveraging ChatGPT, you agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions, the Service, or your use of the Service, including but not limited to claims relating to breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity of these Terms, shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration, rather than in court, except as otherwise provided herein. You and Pebble agree to waive any right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. Any arbitration under this agreement shall take place on an individual basis, and class arbitrations, class actions, and representative actions are not permitted. You may opt out of this Arbitration Agreement within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by sending written notice to our Contact Us form with title starting with Legal. Opting out will not affect any other terms in this agreement.

Miscellaneous

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Pebble regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

Severability
